After Controlled Parking was introduced

At the North end of Craigleith Hill Crescent which terminates, just now, in a cul de sac. Millers have started to build a 40 affordable flat complex to be completed by 2011. The "affordable flat residents" will be accessing this new complex from Craigleith Hill Crescent and the present access to this complex from Telford Road will be closed.
